What are the chances of Chapter24 shutting down or increasing prices?

Chapter24 is designed to be sustainable as a profitable product. We have no Venture Capital funding and absolutely no desire to go down that route. This means we don't have any arbitrary growth targets or burn rates that could jeopardise the future of the product.

While we cannot promise Chapter24 won't ever shut down or increase prices; we assure you that we'll do our best to apply any increased prices to new customers only. In the unlikely scenario of Chapter24 shutting down, you can download your blog in HTML format and host it wherever you'd like.

No. Chapter24 is against tracking users in any capacity.

Can I export my subscriber mailing list?

No, sorry. Our privacy policy states that subscribers' emails will never be sold or used for spam. That's simply not enforceable if we allow mailing lists to be exported.
